One often finds that even the most underprivileged girls and women have a lot to express and contribute about gender issues if given the right platform, as an art workshop recently showed.
From starting in a verandah, Tulasi Munda 's Adivasi Vikas Samiti School now provides education up to 10th standard and enrolls over 500 students, more than half of whom are girls.

The donation will contribute towards an IAS academy that will train aspirants from tribal and rural areas as well as those who come from underprivileged backgrounds.
